Au nom de Dieu, le Tout Miséricorde, le Très Miséricordieux

The intention (niyya) of this site is to make accessible, current and practical the teaching that our masters have taught us in order to better share it in a lived experience. Our orientation follows the Koranic injunction taken up by Mawlana Sheikh Nazim telling us to "become Rabbani", that is to say, beyond brotherhoods and spiritual paths, be led back to the Supreme Teacher, the RABB, the Lord. That is why we say that the true teacher must lead us to the LORD, the Lord who is the light and the guide in our hearts.

Many teachings indeed appear on the web in an abundance of information that leads more to mental speculation than to practice.

Yet this teaching of the Naqshbandi Sufi path is a current and practical wisdom. Our wish is to bring it to light by means of lived experience.

In this sense we have chosen to emphasize for example the knowledge of the soul and the paths of its purification. This brings us closer to the Koranic teaching which is our reference, where this path is called tazkiyyat an nafs, "purification of the soul".
Every Muslim knows that before prayer, before reciting the Qur'an or even touching it, he must purify himself. So how can we not try to know all the ways that help to purify our soul from that egotistical part which is the usurper, the pharaoh.

Chapter 94 of the Qur'an is considered in the Naqshbandi way as the prophetic model of the path: the expansion of the chest and the gradual elevation of the dhikr, "wa rafa'nâ laka dhikrak", are related to getting rid of the burden on the shoulders "wa wadh'anâ 'anka wizrak"! How do we work to get rid of this egotic burden? Have we followed a method for this? Have we understood that "cleaning, purifying" is a science?

In this site we will give the methods, of the elevation of the dhikr through the "Latâifs" the subtle centers of the body, through the râbita (the link of heart) through the khalwa but also that of the purification by the knowledge of the 9 wounds of the soul which became 9 egotic crystallizations. We therefore speak of 'ilm an-nafs, "the science of the soul" and this leads us to conscious breathing techniques which clean in us "poisonous memories following a process: the model of birth, the path of a progressive maturation by the removal of the veils on the heart. In fact, our memories, which are carried in our blood, and especially the oldest ones, from our parents and ancestors, disintegrate within us and are transformed in exactly the same way as a tree or a green plant at the beginning becomes a black and viscous liquid by rotting: petroleum. Becoming consciousness of these poisonous memories within us will free us.

Then this soul is called to a "journey" according to the irreplaceable and unequalled prophetic model of al- issra wal mi'râj. This model is the protocol of the soul's journey to its Lord.

This is neither a tale nor a philosophy but a real experience to which our Prophet (saw) has testified to give us the exact model of the ADAB, the proper conduct, in our relationship to the divine. We can therefore not only think about this experience but also try to live it at our level through an awareness of the realm of experience, in order to realize the true sunna, the conformity to the prophetic way through experience.

It is also in this spirit that we will regularly feed the site to propose, next to the doctrinal teaching, always practical teachings which lead to an experience in correspondence with all the headings: science of the soul, companionship, invocations (dhikr) prayer, meditation (tafakkur), Rabita (spiritual link)...
